Fees, Cancellations, Confidentiality

Fees

£50 per session – length of session is 60 minutes

Fees are payable immediately after a session (cheque or cash).

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation rule applies: there is no charge if the session is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the session must be paid for in full.

A client who wishes to cancel a session must do so by both email and phone (text message is OK).

Confidentiality

I work to a strict policy: the sessions are entirely confidential.

This means that I do not discuss the sessions with a third party, even if the client requests it or if another professional requests it or if a member of the client's family requests it.
